Adult classes are for ages 15 or 16 on up. Depending on general physical condition and coordination, people have begun Aikido training while in their 60’s (or older!) and have obtained black belts.
Classes are conducted in a traditional manner, as it is still practiced in Japan, and focus on building fundamental skills and studying Aikido principles.
Students are given individualized attention from the instructor as well as corrections from their training partner as needed during class and free time is made available after each class for more training if desired.
