Aikido Silicon Valley offers two programs to introduce you to Aikido. Both programs start with fundamentals and are appropriately paced to your ability. Contact us to schedule your first visit.

During this period of distance learning, we are offering 30 minute virtual beginner’s classes made for a person who has no prior knowledge of Aikido.  You will learn fundamentals by watching videos of techniques accompanied with an explanation of how the technique works, then practicing the movements on your own.  These classes are meant to accompany the regular classes and provide a foundation to build your technique on.

Aikido Introduction – 3 Free Classes

Experience Aikido with three free classes. You will be partnered with a senior student who give you individualized instruction alongside the regular class and will introduce you to fundamental concepts of Aikido.  You don’t need previous martial arts training, you don’t need to be in good physical shape, you only need to want to experience Aikido.

Aikido Exploration – 10 Classes for $100

For a more in depth Aikido experience, we offer 10 classes for $100.00 $50.  This program is discounted by 50% due to the limited class schedule during the county-wide restrictions.  This program is for a student with no previous Aikido experience who need a little more time to decide if Aikido is the right fit for you  A free uniform is included and you will earn your first Aikido rank.

General Membership

Our youth program are for children from approximately 8 to the age of 15 or 16, based on the instructor’s judgement.

Our adult program start from ages 15 or 16 and up. We can also accommodate students with physical challenges.
