Free Trial

Classes are available for adults and children ages 8 and above. Your 3 day trial does not have to be consecutive days. You will be paired with a senior student who will introduce you to Aikido fundamentals at a pace suited to your ability.

Learn self-defense skills
Improve strength, coordination and overall health
Improve awareness, focus, discipline and self-confidence

Classes are available 6 days a week. See our class schedule for details. Attending both Saturday classes counts as a single trial day.
